Yummy the very first time I tasted my very own planted vege. :) Tasted so sweet. Of course it's grown organically with our very own organic disposal :) hahaha

Well as for this old and mature amaranthus, I trim its leaves so that it will grow new young leafy which I can just pluck occasionally when I needed just a few pieces of leafy vege in my soup noodle :) Besides that I'm waiting to harvest its seed too once it flower, hopefully it will flower.:)
