Growing Bitter Melon ^.^

One of the growing bitter melon... I don't really like its taste, but my family said that it's good for health, and it's tasty if you fry it with egg or make soup.... Hmmmmmmm, I just don't really know how to appreciate it, hehehehehe ^^

Green beans and red beans (adzuki beans)

Green and red beans grow from seeds bought from market.

Passion fruits

Passion fruit
This Passion fruits plant was transplanted from my mum's house. Not much yet, still growing haha

Chillies

Juvenile chillies
IT's also very easy to grow chillies, just sprinkle some chillies seed from those fresh chillies. I even use those dip seeds leftover from chillies dip in soy sauce. Yet it still grow. Here I grew a mixture of several species, never bother much about the species, as long as I tasted the chillies are super spicy, i will take some of its seed for germinating.
A clumps of chillies
They look so pretty in a clump :)

Tomatoes

Young juvenile tomatoes
It's very easy to grow tomatoes, but it's best to grow outside under shade. Just throw in fresh tomatoes seed from your tomatoes you bought from market be it cherry tomatoes or big tomatoes. Then wait for it to grow. High success rates of germinating from those fresh tomatoes seed compare to chinese celery/corianthus. I have been very unsuccessful in growing chinese amaranthus. It doesn't germinate or those that germinate bolted shortly after growth. It's such a sensitive plant - chinese celery.
From the young tomatoes, transplanted onto garden for further growth
Notice that I use supporting stakes for the tomato plants. And I also learn to grow tomatoes seed directly outside in the garden, but i use a small plastic container to protect it from direct heat or heavy rains/winds. I use a small plastic stick to stand the plastic container on one side for better ventilations.
Flowering tomatoes, hopefully will grow fruits later :)
I read from the internet it's good to gently shake your tomatoes plants during its flowering so that its pollen are well mixed.

White radish

Young white radish
These young white radishes' leaves are attacked by young snails, bugs etc. Thus to overcome it, normally I'll spend time picking out those pests and also those weeds/grass. Once you clear them nicely, there will be less bugs infestation.
Healthy, leafy young white radish
Thus as a result of cleaning those pests and much of those weeds and grass, the white radish grew more healthily and as for this plant, I'll leave it to mature fully and grow flower. I haven't see a white radish flower. I hope to harvest more seeds from its flower.
Transplanting juvenile white radish into individual taller pot for better growth. Make sure you put in alot of waters to prevent transplant shock which could cause death to the plant.
Near maturity white radish. Pity its leaves attacked by snails previously when I travel outstations for a week.
Too eagerly to harvest it, this haven't fully mature. Make a note to myself

This goes into white radish soup! Yummy!

Green Amaranthus

Juvenile green amaranthus
This young green amaranthus looks nice with its young greenish colour, just a few weeks more it shld be ready for harvesting. Yummy

harvested green amaranthus
Yummy the very first time I tasted my very own planted vege. :) Tasted so sweet. Of course it's grown organically with our very own organic disposal :) hahaha

mature and old amaranthus...
Well as for this old and mature amaranthus, I trim its leaves so that it will grow new young leafy which I can just pluck occasionally when I needed just a few pieces of leafy vege in my soup noodle :) Besides that I'm waiting to harvest its seed too once it flower, hopefully it will flower.:)
